The roll-off containers rented by Mini Bins utilize a hook-lift that allows us to place them in tighter areas such as alleys and driveways. For especially tight places, we have several smaller delivery trucks. Along with placing the dumpsters in closer quarters, we are also able to lower them softly with the hook-lift system, which is non-damaging to concrete, asphalt, and lawns.
Mini Bins does not handle hazardous wastes, so we do not accept:
- Paint
- Chemicals
- Solvents of any kind
- Asbestos
- Oil drums
- Tires
- Free liquids of any kind
- Materials that are
- Toxic
- Volatile
- Explosive
- Highly flammable
- Bio-medical
- Infectious
We typically do not handle appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, AC units, or dehumidifiers. Please call to schedule removal of these items. Additionally, liability for appropriate waste disposal remains with the customer as agreed to in the terms and conditions of the service agreement.
12-yard dumpsters have a 3-ton weight limit; 15-yard dumpsters have a 4-ton limit. If you plan to load heavy materials such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick, sod, shingles, or asphalt, please contact us for loading instructions.
